All orders are freshly made and shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates - United States

  • Free Shipping on all Sea Moss Gels in mainland/continental US
  • Express Shipping: $60
    Delivery in 1–2 business days after your order ships on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Standard Shipping: $6.45 for any amount of Sea Moss Body Care Products

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on what is most suitable.

*Shipping rates do not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale shipping is determined separately.

Standard transit time is 2–4 business days.

Refund Policy

Our products are perishable and made for consumption, so all sales are final.

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@cgi-green.com with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving your order. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our perishable items, we do not accept returns. Please email support@cgi-green.com with any concerns, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel a subscription, please email us at support@cgi-green.com at least 2 days prior to your next renewal date. Requests received after this timeframe may not be processed before renewal.

Once a subscription renews, the order is automatically processed and shipped. After shipment, no further subscription orders will be sent unless the subscription remains active. Customers are always welcome to place manual purchases at their convenience without an active subscription.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already renewed, the request will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Order Cancellation

Retail order cancellations (before shipping) incur a $15 restocking fee.

Wholesale order cancellations have a 15% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Addresses

For the input of incorrect addresses in orders that has been shipped. We can reship you freshly made products, all we advise is customers would be required to pay for shipping.

Each jar typically stays fresh for 14 days in the refrigerator. For longer shelf life, we recommend transferring to a freezer-friendly container for up to 3-6 months of freshness in the freezer.

 Yes, sea moss gel can be taken daily. We recommend a serving size of 2 tablespoons per day for optimal results.

We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our non-gel products internationally—including dried sea moss, sea moss soap, sea moss supplements and elderberries. Sea moss gels are available only within the U.S.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all customers receive email updates with tracking information once their order is shipped.
