PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are Shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Process for Gels
Our warehouse takes orders from Monday through Sunday , 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year. Sea Moss Gel ships on Mondays and Tuesdays. Gels are made nearest to the day of shipping, for high quality product and proper mineral retention. Shipping then takes 2-4 business days to reach customers location.Â
Once your order is shipped you would receive your USPS Tracking number.
Dried Sea Moss Process
Our warehouse takes orders from Monday to Sunday 24 Hours a day 365 days a year.
Dried Sea Moss are shipped on Monday’s and Friday’s.
Due to Covid 19 changes Priority Mails has changed the 1-3 Shipping days to 2-4 shipping days Depending on where you live. Customers will receive their order in 3-5 business days after it's shipped.
Once your order is shipped you will receive your USPS Tracking number.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Time                    Â
shipping- For Dried Sea Moss delivery time is between 3-5 business days.
FREE Shipping- For Sea Moss Gels delivery time between 2-4 business days
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We do not ship packages on Saturday’s or the following US holidays:
• New Year’s Day
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking              Â
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within on our Monday or Tuesday shipping days.Â
Damages                                         Â
C.G.I Green is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our high standard packaging of orders and proper labeling of package(s) as ‘fragile’ informs the carriers to handle with care. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 Refund Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control. You can contact us via email for your tracking information if you do not see it in your email. Please note that sometimes emails with tracking sometimes ends up in your spam or junk folders.Â
If there have been a mixed up in orders, contact us and we will rectify the issue.
Failure To Inform Us of Subscription Cancelation
To cancel any subscription please send us and email to support@cgigreen.com inform us of all cancelations of orders before it is shipped.Â
We would immediately cancel or pause your subscription upon your request.Â
Failure to inform us of subscriptions before its been shipped, would result in no refund.

CANCELING ORDERSÂ
In the event should a customer decide to cancel their order that isn't shipped out, we charge a restocking fee of $15 of that order.Â
RETURNS
All items received broken from us has to be returned to USPS and a complaint must be filed. Customers are to examine their products in the box first & then file complaint if found broken. Customers are not to send any orders back to us must contact us via email to notify us of this issue.Â
INPUT OF INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers that input incorrect addresses in their order that was shipped would need to pay additional shipping charges for us to reship order.Â
Please ensure that your address is correct at all times.
