Which days do we ship?

All orders are freshly made to be shipped on our shipping days of Mondays & Tuesdays (excluding holidays).

Shipping rates for the United States
-Free shipping on all Sea Moss Gels in mainland/continental US

-Express shipping- $60

This means shipping would be 1-2 business instead of our 2-4 business days. We only ship on Monday and Tuesdays. This means your 1-2 business days is calculated after it is shipped on either Monday or Tuesday. 
All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS where we see applicable.

Standard shipping- $6.45 for any amount of our Sea Moss body care products.

These rates do not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are determined by other requirements.

Standard time in transit
-Shipping transit time is 2-4 days.


Refund Policy


What is wrong, did you receive a faulty item?
Since our product are perishable and made for consumption, all sales are final. If you have an issue regarding the product, packaging, or spillage please send us an email to support@cgi-green.com with a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it. Kindly note the photo proof will speed up the resolution process.

Return Policy 

Due to our products being perishable items. We do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please email us at support@cgi-green.com & our team would be happy to help you.


Subscription Cancelation

To cancel any subscription please email us at support@cgi-green.com 2 days prior, to inform us of all cancelations of orders before it is shipped.

Please note any order that is renewed on a subscription would be shipped upon which you receive no more orders automatically. You can manually purchase at your convenience. 

If you wish to cancel a renewed order, this would be done in guidance on our Cancellation Policy. 



Order Cancelations.

In the event should a customer decide to cancel their order that isn't shipped out, we charge a restocking fee of $15 for retail orders. Please note that orders that are fulfilled cannot be canceled. 

There is a 15%  restocking fee for wholesale orders. Please note we cannot cancel any orders that are shipped. 

Incorrect addresses.

For the input of incorrect addresses in orders that has been shipped. We can reship you freshly made products, all we advise is customers would be required to pay for shipping.

Please ensure that your address is correct at all times.

 Sea moss is generally safe for children ages 5 and up. However, if you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

How should I store sea moss gel after opening?

 To maintain freshness and quality, keep your sea moss gel refrigerated at all times, whether opened or unopened.

What is the shelf life of your sea moss gel?

Each jar typically stays fresh for 14 days in the refrigerator. For longer shelf life, we recommend transferring to a freezer-friendly container for up to 3-6 months of freshness in the freezer.

Can I consume sea moss gel daily? How much should I take?

 Yes, sea moss gel can be taken daily. We recommend a serving size of 2 tablespoons per day for optimal results.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–4 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our non-gel products internationally—including dried sea moss, sea moss soap, sea moss supplements and elderberries. Sea moss gels are available only within the U.S.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all customers receive email updates with tracking information once their order is shipped.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or spoiled?
