What’s in the gummies (Supplement Facts)
Supplement Facts
Serving size 2 gummies · 30 servings per bottle“1,000 mg from 50 mg of 20:1 extract” means 50 mg of concentrated extract, written at its 1,000 mg herb equivalent — a standard, legal way to label it, and not 1,000 mg of sea moss sitting in the bottle.
Other ingredients: purified water, tapioca syrup, pectin, fruit extract, fruit juice, coconut oil, carnauba wax. Pectin, not gelatin — plant-based.
Allergens: made in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, soy, milk and wheat.
What’s in the gel
Wildcrafted Caribbean sea moss, water, lime and real fruit. That is the whole list — no synthetic additives. Keep it refrigerated; a 16 oz jar lasts about two weeks at two tablespoons a day.
What sea moss can — and can’t — do
Fair to say: sea moss is a sea vegetable and a source of iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium and fiber — a nutrient-dense addition to a daily routine.
Not established: the “92 of the 102 minerals the body needs” line repeated across this category. We have found no analysis behind it, and we don’t sell on it.
Not what it’s for: replacing meals, or anything your doctor gave you. If you are on medication or managing a condition, talk to your doctor first.
How it’s harvested and dried
Wildcrafted by hand in Jamaica, St. Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago — cut so the base stays behind and grows back, rinsed with lime, sun-dried on open racks. No forced heat, no bleaching, no fertilizers. The same moss our family has used for generations.
Directions, word for word
“As a dietary supplement, healthy adults may take up to two (2) gummies per day.” The same directions say “not intended for use during pregnancy or lactation” and “keep out of reach of children.”
How much iodine is in your sea moss?
We don’t have a measured figure, and we’d rather say so than estimate. Iodine in wild seaweed varies with species, season and water, so a number borrowed from elsewhere wouldn’t describe our batches. If we get batch testing that measures it, we’ll publish the figure and date it.
Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our gummy directions say they are not intended for use during pregnancy or lactation. For the gels, and for your own situation generally, ask your doctor.
Do you have lab results I can see?
Not in a form we would put in front of you. We do test, but not on every batch, and the results don’t carry a lab name we can publish. What we can describe in detail is how the moss is harvested, rinsed and dried, which is the part we control.
